Have you ever wondered about any scholarship or government aid for students to continue their education? Benazir taleemi wazaif is an initiative taken by Governmet of Pakistan under BISP to facilitate students to continue their studies.
BISP Taleemi wazaif is a cash program on condition to promote education of unprivileged students and to reduce dropout ratio. This program covers all districts of Pakistan. BISP 10500 payment is being cleared.
Benazir taleemi wazifa was first launch in November 2012 with only 5 districts covered. It started expanding and district number was increased each year and finally it covered all districts of Pakistan.
Objectives of Benazir Taleemi Wazaif 2024
BISP Taleemi wazaif formerly known as Ehsaas taleemi wazaif program has some clear-cut objectives

- To improve literacy rate of Pakistan

Eligibility Criteria
In order to enroll for Benazir Taleemi Wazaif programme, beneficiary’s child must vist BISP Tehsil office /enrolmet camp to enroll themselves along with the below mentioned documents. You can also check though BISP Kafalat Portal

Conditions to get BISP Taleemi wazaif cash
There are two more conditions students need to meet in order to receive BISP wazifa payment
- Admission in a school/college Students needs to verify their admission, or if pass out from previous class, update their status and current class by visiting office. First payment will also be released after this verification
- Ensurance of 70% attendance To get payment of 2nd quarter, a student must show his/her attendance record of at least 70% presence is school working days.

Special Bonus for Girls
To encourage girls to complete their education, one-time payment of Rs.3000 is given to each girl after completing primary education

40 billion rupees have been distributed so far under this program and till now 9.4 million students have been advantaged.

MSCA (Micro Supply Capacity Assessment)
This assessment is conducted to ensure the capacity to accommodate students applying and getting scholarship
Social Mobilization
This involves campaigns to aware community about this program and education. Also they teach BISP beneficiaries parents about how to enroll their children and solve their relevant problems
Registration and enrolment
Media campaigns, Public Information Campaign (PIC) are launched to register and enrol eligible families to this program to facilitate them and increase school enrolment ratio
Attendance and Admission Awareness
They aware parents of BISP beneficiaries to guide them about conditions for admission and attendance They educate them how to stay eligible and meet criteria to get BISP Taleemi Wazaif allowance
