Ehsaas Scholarship Program 2024 for Undergraduate Students

As a student, I was always curious to know if everyone in Pakistan gets equal opportunity to study. I searched for various scholarship options and came to know about Ehsaas Scholarship Program. It was good to know that Ehsaas Program Scholarship is offered on merit basis.

Ehsaas scholarship is an inititative by Imran Khan’s Ehsaas Program. It provides financial aid to students unable to pay fees. According to an estimate, in 5 years, 200,000 students got benefit from this program.

Another program is Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program to apply for loan and get instant money. They can get up to 14000 rupees as an instant cash to fulfill their utmost needs. This program is also covered under BISP 25000.

Ehsaas scholarship program Formally known as Benazir Scholarship was launched to help needy students to pay their fees and to get education. It started back in 2019. There were two types of scholarships offered; need-based and performance-based. In need-based scholarships, father’s income was taken in consideration.

In performance-based scholarship, students grades were evaluated to meet eligibility criteria. Some additional documents were also required for both types. It is usually announced in even semesters with deadline lasting for almost one month.

Ehsaas scholarship is given on merit-based or need-based. About 50,000 students from all over the country are receiving this scholarship. You need to fulfill all requirements to be eligible to receive ehsaas scholarship money.

Your family income must be below 45,000 and you must be 18 years old or older. Make sure you are enrolled in any of the government universities of Pakistan. Universities students need to retain cgpa 3.0 or above to continue getting this scholarship.

• Register yourself, this portal asks about your personal information, financial information, educational records and contact numbers
• Attach scanned copies of your documents
• Double check your information before confirming registration

• Register yourself first by clicking on sign up button
• Log in your account
• Fill in the form carefully
• Submit the form
• You will be informed by sms and email later on

• Then, your scholarship will begin
