Free Cows and Buffaloes for Divorced Women by Maryam Nawaz Punjab Livestock Card

The much-needed welfare scheme that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif initiated is for under-age-55 widows and divorced women through Punjab Livestock card.

This policy advocates that the qualified women of the province of Punjab shall be given free cows and buffaloes with required cash to raise the cattle.

• Copy of divorce certificate for divorced women.
• Valid CNIC
• A valid and active Mobile Number registered on Applicants name.

The scheme targets two different groups of women.

• Widows: Women who have lost their husbands and are therefore left to fend for themselves.
• Divorce Women: Those women who have remained separated from their husbands and cannot further stay with them.Hence they are not able to maintain their respective economies.
• To get admission under the scheme, a woman must hold Punjab domicile.
• Below 55 years of age.

• Eligibility Confirmation: After confirmation of eligibility, applicants are declared eligible for the scheme.
• They will be given animals and incentives: Once qualified, these individuals will be given the animals and finances needed to raise them.
